so this marks my second semester at pepperdine. i'm still a little shaken by the hints of christian evangelism i spot from time to time at school, but on the most part, i like where i am. i'm not the only person on campus that thinks of pepperdine the way i do, and i've met some really down-to-earth kids from other countries that share similar views.

i'm doing choir again this semester and we're working on a masterpiece by haydn. his mass in B flat major. it'll certainly be a challenge for all of us, but the satisfaction i get from knowing that it takes a whole lot of group effort to accomplish the final performance is extremely gratifying - not to mention a lot of self-discipline on each individual part.

i've been giving some serious thought lately about doing graduate school after i graduate from pepperdine. it might not be right away, but i'd like to do my MBA at stanford. A) because it's stanford and B) because i miss the bay area. i feel like i repeat the same sentiments over and over again in my livejournal...hah. but anyway, i hope everyone's having a great new year so far LALALALA.
