[ The small cottage near the beach looks fairly rundown, and probably abandoned. And like any proper seemingly unused cottage, this one belongs to a man you'll find standing in front of it on the sand. He's just watching as people drizzle out from the City to see for themselves what the loss of the barrier might look like across all that water.
The man is simply waiting for friends to arrive and hold something of a difficult conversation with them, if they haven't found out already. While he waits, he might have something to say about all of this. Then again, sometimes Castiel finds his one-word answers to be sufficient. ]
