maybe he's hoarding it nefariously, look it's just a statement, really!, at least kiss him for being a troll, protecting you all, castiel is anti-mistletoe, very stubborn sometimes, look he's just trying to be good, no seriously you don't know, someone's got to clean this place up, occupy the city, this is getting out of control..., his dad probably actually is cool with i, anyone wanna help?, a case of mild angel ocpd?, you don't even know, that's fine he's a total rebel, he wasn't hugged enough as a child, he's probably going to get in trouble, his dad does not approve
