My left hand fingers hurt so much I wish I'm typing this with just one hand. I don't do that, typing with one hand. It's good pain though, because finally my parents bought me a guitar two weeks ago and I've been playing it ever since (in my room with the door closed). I had wanted to learn how to play a guitar for quite a while now, it's good to be finally doing it. Nothing serious, but who knows? Maybe in the future I'll be moved enough to want to learn playing classical with the guitar?
Music is the gift from God that's been keeping me sane through the years. I had a choir audition yesterday and another one for vocal training today, with different institutions. Weird thing is the choir conductor almost insisted that I'm a contraltoist, while the vocal coach was very sure that I'm a mezzo-soprano leaning more to the soprano scale. Whew. Let's just see how this works out. But man, singing is good! Especially when you get to use your whole body, my jaw was a little stiff because after all I haven't had vocal training for more than a year, but suddenly I could feel my back and stomach muscles contracting again. And that air flow that somehow runs inside ^___^
By the way, I'm continuing piano. Maybe not taking off where I left, but everything's gotta start somewhere. But maybe it'll be a more challenging due to the condition of my left fingertips...
Close your eyes and I'll kiss you
Tomorrow I'll miss you
(why did he have to play that song? after that, i got to hear the same song being played another two times that very same day. coincidence?)
