Hey.
Guess what? I'll let you in on a good, oh so, juicy story.
The Midwest was hit last week by a horrible ice storm and many, many people are without power. I've found out some in Arkansas won't have power anywhere from two weeks to one month. People are having to buy generators to power necessities. To keep their food fresh and their clothes clean, because they have no other way. Now I know that there's worse out there, but you don't tend to show anything about those things, either.
During Katrina, you were so concerned and chastised Former President Bush for not responding as quickly as he needed to. Now I've got an itch in the back of my brain making me think that not all is being done. But who's responsible?
Media, you have power. And you know it. That's an amazing thing. But what you do with it? That's the question, here. That's what's up for some serious debate.
Now, all of your agendas to get money and reputation for others to want to put their Oh-So-Highly-Paid-Primetime ad spots on their channel are sickening. I'm tired of your pathetic drivel of what you call "reasons."
People were hurt. You weren't there. People called out. You weren't there. You could have let other people know, so they could help. But then again, you weren't there.
Good call.
