Science Fiction will be awesome. Awesome awesome awesome. I have planned a night that will be more moderate than the previous ones, so I should finally hopefully spend some quality time dancing with friends, that I will actually remember the next day. No more memories featuring *flash* *Wesley's face* *flash* *hugging and kissing friend's boyfriend* *flash* *sitting on a wall outside of Amplifier*. I'm hoping for a night that will be at least remotely linear, while still being out of control in a good way.
The past few days have been the laziest in months. Beach, watching and making movies ("The 4th Wall" will be a masterpiece that will TOTALLY kick Sommersault's sorry ass), hanging out wiv mah peeps. All swell.
I watched Magnolia today for the first time. It was enjoyable. I love thinking about the stories behind people that seem to only superficially drift in and out of my life. It's so easy to think of them as props in the play that is our individual life. I guess that's easier than trying to wrap your head around the fact that every actor in your play has a play of their own, which you're in as well. It's the same for the big parts and the cameos. It's kind of mindboggling.
I sound like I've smoked too much pot.
I spent most of the afternoon in my back yard, sunbathing. I tanned like a mofo. I'm turning a wonderful shade of poo brown. One step closer to being exotic in Canada.
A Canadian person today: "Oh... I guess I say it like ... 'aboat'"
