This. Was. Awesome.
So Kenzi had been scoping out the train station, picking up a few wallets - as you do - playing can you help me? I'm a tourist game. And she'd had to duck onto a commuter bus quick, when some over-amped security guy started looking at them suspiciously. She hadn't seen where the bus was going, and then by the time it stopped, she was grinning.
Tourist paradise! A hokey castle! Cute little RenFaire houses! Talk about a good place to find a home base.
And wouldn't you know, there were warehouses that were just going empty. A little musty, a bit creepy, sure. But hey, way better than a shelter, way better than D.C. warehouses with so many squatters and scary people, not too cold, and she could fix it up...
"What do you think, Mia?"
Mia grinned up at her Mommy and clapped her hands.
"Awesome!"
"Yeah, that's what I think!"
[establishy, although if you're in the warehouse district or actively looking for Kenzi, you can probably find her... and her two-year-old daughter Mia. All Kenzi's stuff has disappeared from 43 Unicorn, and what she has is now in the warehouse.]
