That's another cool thing that could be integrated. Hi-res scanners. a few medium to high resolution cameras under the surface could scan documents pretty easily. A printer could easily be integrated into the side of the table for quick photocopies. Suddenly you no longer need to cut out, position, zoom, repeat, and go through a bunch of scotch tape to combine documents on a copier: scan, drag, print, done.
The mirror would be hard to do as a true mirror, but would be ridiculously easy to implement as something like how the integrated cameras in the Macs can turn the monitor into a "mirror". But how many people would use a mirror at an angle and try to get interactive media on it. The biggest problem is that it currently uses a series of cameras which seem to need some distance behind the surface. It's got a ways to go, but I definitely like the idea.
