This is actually a pretty awsome music video.
Apparently this is the image song for a new Japanese Taiga drama series taking place during the Sengoku or Warring States Period in Japanese history. The show is called Fuurin Kazan.Gackt has a role in the series as Uesugi Kenshin. He's not the main character. He dosen't show up until around episode 26. Here's a clip.
Seems pretty good. Now I just need to find subtitled episodes, since the only Japanese I know is a few words and phrazes here and there.
