One Week Done
The first week went well. I have a good feel now for what's expected of us, and the nutshell version is that it's more than they claimed. =o] No worries, though, because I'm enjoying it.
Tomorrow I have two lockings/unlockings (9AM and 2PM) and a setup from 1-2, and that's it for the weekend. I do, however, get to move into my uber-room. I still can't believe I get a 4-person room all to myself! Oh, the awesomeness that will be my room.....
Actually, if it can get set up by tomorrow afternoon/early evening, is there any interest in an impromptu gathering/party/thing? Drop a comment if you'd like. I don't know what people's schedules are like or whether or not anyone cares, but I figure it'd be cool to get a big group in there to hang out.
Either way, though, I'll probably try to start moving tonight, just to make life easier. I'm a bit shot from an incredibly long day at work, but the more I do tonight the less I do tomorrow and the sooner I'm done. At least I can start moving some of the more unnecessary crap. The couch, at least, needs to wait until I can hijack a few people at once. Getting it out of the room should be interesting. =o]
