Ron's scooter is up and running and with the additions of tag and helmet be good to go. Of course the weather starts acting like it's going to be an early winter.
Me, I'm still pretty punk -- the surgical incision is still seeping a bit. (ick) The doc gave me some antibiotics which have had their usual effect; I feel like a battlefield and am tired all the time. Yep, spent a good part of the weekend in bed. Oh well -- getting better is like that. Less a straight line than a labyrinth.
I hope that my fellows in the OSM had a good meeting at DarkoverCon. The idea of traveling is remotely appealing, which reminds me to check on when next Fest will be.
Thanksgiving day was a treat. Our feast, at Eric's place, was stellar. Lots of good food thanks to Eric, Lane, Shan, Rob and Ron. Afterward there was much discussion over television although, I suspect a couple of us could have had engaged in the post-meal nap. Thank you to everyone whose hospitality made the day a joy.
My Christmas pressie arrived in the form of a new monitor for my desktop! Ron went out and braved the crowds of geeks at Micro Center on Black Friday to get it for me.
Work was pretty quiet, which suited me fine. So here's Monday and I get back to working on the last of the holiday knitting.
