my scattered update

since i was visiting the west coast this weekend, i thought that i'd blow it. I ate really good. the two girls i was with are also careful with what they eat, so it wasn't too bad, it was rather motivational!

the only bad meal [bad as in a million calories] we had was at Bubba Gump's shrimp in San Fran. We got so much fried food, it was kind of a reward :) it was SO GOOD. I don't want to see anything fried for a while now.

the walking all around the city was also a bonus, and something i got to REALLY start doing at home (walking 30 min +)

This week for lunch i had all salads, dinner was skimpy, a small piece of pizza one night and a bit of pasta the next. [portion control!!]

today for lunch will be panera bread. i'll try not to eat any bread cause it makes me SO tired in the afternoon. if i do it will be whole f*in wheat!! i can tell i slimmed down since i joined, just a tad, and i feel better. i love reading everything you girls have to say.

next post i'll state my real goals :)
