Yeah. It's always scary, even when you know, she got frightened because the women of her world, my world now, don't get pregnant or get periods. She really thought she was badly wounded.
Yes, of course it must be to you... It just seems amazing to me, to be able to live with what I see as mythological beasts... And to know that the gods are really... Real.
It's amazing to me too. I was brought into that world, mine is pretty much mundane without magic or gods or immortality outside of fiction and religion. It was all a reality shock, first.
But, after a while, things are the same as any other world. There's poverty, famine, deaths, wars, things like that.
