I adopted a pair of rats about a week ago. Their names are Emile and Eliot (both boys), and they are totally fucking adorable.

Oh they're so cuuuute!

Rats are really lovely and so clever! I never thought so until my sister got one as a pet and it was just the smartest, most friendly thing ever. It would make eye contact a lot and liked to burrow up under our hair and scritch at our necks and sleep on our shoulders. SO CUTE.

Lol. Yeah, I've been a)stupidly busy and b)pretty fandom-monogamous with star trek these days, which is apparently all on this side of the internets. So, new lj.
