The red highlighted bit is MogHughson's newspaper rack, which allows Sims to buy a newspaper (handy if yours gets stolen). Please install the lot using CleanInstaller and delete whatever you don't want. Also, the umbrellas pictured didn't want to tag along, so they are not included in the download. They are by Honeywell at MTS and can be found here.
I used Mootilda's Lot Adjuster to shrink the lot from 4X5 to 3X3.
