I moved the hot tubs outside, added massage tables, a sauna, and a little snack area/coffee shop, giving a more overall spa feel. I deliberately left decor to a minimum because I kind of hate downloading a lot and having to UNDO someone else's decor so I can do my own. The only CC in the lot is a one-tile version of the H&M posters by Jon at the Ninth Wave (JonInMobile).
