I tried for the better part of last night to comment, but LJ refused to connect.
So far, this is probably my favorite version of Nervous that I've seen. I hope there's going to be more of him as the story progresses. And more of/about Lyla, too.

My pleasure.
I can't wait to read more and see how/if Buzz really can help Nervous (and again, loving your incarnation of him. It is exactly how I envision him) and more of Lyla. She unexpectedly became one of my favorite characters a while back and I was excited to see so much of her in this chapter.
Also, since my first comment was apparently made in a fugue, I like your pictures. I have to struggle to make mine appear that bright and attractive. Is it some kind of Maxis Match secret?

Are you using the in-game camera? I'm using Gadwin. I open the picture in photoshop, resize and adjust the lighting--I'm going to a specific look with how pictures are lit--then I'm sharpening slightly (20%).

I use Gadwin and PS, too, I'm just terrible at it. No artistic ability here. My pictures always have an obviously edited look, but yours - and pretty much every other Maxis Match story/download preview I've ever seen - have very natural looking, bright pictures.
Maybe I need to rethink my position on MM... and sharpening. I always just click "sharpen" and let it do its thing, but maybe I need to lessen that, too.
