Yay!
I went to the orchestra concert last night at symphony hall....needless to say it really was an AWESOME concert!!!! I really wished I was on stage with them. I missed everyone SOOOOOO MUCH. HAHA....Some people were making faces at me on stage while they were playing and had me laughing. I had a great time! Getting hugs from everyone...seeing Mr.Diaz in about a month was kinda emotional for me.....Ill be in columbus for about two weeks now...(dicuss later why) We're gonna meet up sometime for lunch or something...I CANT WAIT!!!
So Im walking from my sisters car to her apartment (shes drivin me to the airport in about 20 mins...oh by the way Im going to Dodge City, Kansas to visit my grandparents on my dad's side I havent seen in about a year now) any Cynthia (a fellow violist) calles me asking me is I was able to do the Lagrange gig in her place cus she cant do it. I said sure of course. I called her back to ask for the rep for the concert.....Paganni Violin Concerto. Sarasate Gypse Airs, and TCHAIKOVSKY SYMPHONY NO.5!!!! I pratically spooged my pants (thats been happening alot lately) Anyhoo....I have that $265 gig and I got an Easter Church gig for $300...so Im awaiting a good chunk of change in the next week
