Whadda Tuesday and lost 2 lbs!!

Holy Tuesday batman! It was overall a good day, with some stupid para business at the end as well as some heated parents. It really drains you!!

I did lose 2 lbs this weeks! So I'm back to being 10lbs closer to my goal....

Food for today:
WW bagle with LF PB and J
8 oz of FF milk

Lunch 100 cal round w/ lemon pepper chicken
1 light cheese stick
1 apple
100 cal cookies

20 veggie sticks

Dinner:
Shrimp pasta with zuchini, yellow squash, peas, leeks and shrimp w/ fresh parm on top served over whole wheat noodles.

I don't know if I'll workout today. :( I'm exhuasted...I will do my sit ups! Where can I find the motivation to work out?
