bleh this weeked hasnt been all that great. okay well about two months ago my grandfather was having problems getting around. the both of his knees were bothering him to where he could hardly walk. well to make a long story short, he went to the doctor and they found a cyst in each knee. about a week later he went into surgery and only had the left one removed, not the right. i think they should have did both surgerys the same day but thats just my opinion. a couple of weeks later the right one was removed; FINALLY.. after the surgery his right knee was really starting to bother him. it hurt him worse than it did before. he was in so much pain. my grandfather is a strong guy, he isnt the type to cry, but he did. it really hurts to see somebody you love in so much pain. come to find out he had an infection, jesus christ is anything else going to happen? anyway he went to the doctor and got the infection drained. it started to feel a little bit better but then it started to hurt him more and more each day and to top it off he had a fever close to 104. SO thursday comes along and we decide to take him to the doctor to see what in the fucks wrong, and why his knee wasnt healing. the doctor said he needed emergency surgery right away. he had some sort of blockage blocking it from healing. so around noon or so he went into surgery. they said he's going to stay in there until he's 100% better. if it was up to my grandfather he would pick up and leave now if he had the chance. he's 73 and has never had a surgery until now. i went to the hospital to see him today. i didnt want to go last night while he was recovering, i doubt he would've remembered any of us being there, but my grandmother and mother went anyway, they didnt feel like waiting for me to take a shower, pft.. he's doing okay, last night my mom said he was really pale, his hands, his face. he looked really sick but today he looks 100% better. he has his color back thank god. his fever was reading 100, but thats normal after surgery. hopefully he should be out of there by monday, keep your fingers crossed ;[
