Rosemary-Thyme Marinade
my secret weapon for my Scottish Thanksgivings!!
1/2 C. olive oil
1/4 C. lemon juice
2 garlic cloves, pressed
1 tsp. dried thyme
1 tsp. dried rosemary
1/2 tsp. lemon zest
Mix ingredients together in a jar. Refrigerate for several hours to allow flavors to blend before using.
