I'm going to make it as is and add some finely chopped red pepper, mushrooms, and basil and oregano. :) Also, I think I'll skip the GOBS of Olive oil and just flash boil the potatoes instead.

LOVED the new WHO episode!! I didn't like the sequence where he was trying foods. I just thought how he did t was super rude except the toast and butter one - that was HILarious! I REALLY like Amy!! She's super cool!
