1 packet of yeast
White flour
1 T olive oil
1 tsp salt
Ok so I'm an annoying person who does things by eyeball. Put yeast in bowl, add warm water ... a 'bunch' of it. Probably like 2 cups or something. Mix the water and yeast. Add flour about as much salt as would cover a 50p piece (probably a teaspoon) and about a tablespoon of olive oil. Be generous and keep adding til you have a mixture that's kind of hard to mix with a spoon.
Turn onto floured surface and knead til you have non-sticky dough. Put in the requisite dry, warm, dark place with a damp cloth covering for 30-40 min. Break into rolls about the size of a 4 year old's fist and place onto greased baking sheet or one covered with nonstick baking paper. :) Brush with olive oil.
Preheat oven to 220°C (hot oven)
They take a while ... would say about 20 min? Keep checking on them. They should be a little golden brown on top.
Good Luck! :) I haven't managed to kill this recipe yet so you stand a great chance! :)
