technical question...

suddenly my live journal screen is about twice as wide as my actual monitor! i haven't changed a thing, at least that i know of....why? how do i fix it? geez, i am so computer literate/illiterate all at the same time. some have fluid sexuality; i have fluid computer knowledge. aaack. please help, if you know anything...

and freezer, this would definitely include you...
