Had a fun night last night. Went to the Naro Cinema to see the opening of Whatever Works, the new Woody Allen film starring Larry David as Boris Yellnikoff. It was just amazing. I know I've said this a thousand times but I truly love Woody Allen films. Larry David was perfect for it, I feel like this particular movie really sums up his style. Just great.
"Whatever love you can get and give, whatever happiness you can provide, every temporary measure of grace, whatever works.."
Afterwards rode my bike down to The Boot to see The Rusty Doves play and met up with Michael and about 40 of his swing dancing friends. Lots of dancing going on as you might guess, and after refusing six offers to dance, (and 3 strongbows) I finally caved and danced with a few of the teachers. Didn't learn much, but was asked to go to a lesson this Thursday. Might not go only because I have company coming that day BUT I would go in the future, if Michael is present. Always good to have a partner.
