Fic: three maids in a tub (SPN OFC story, R, Het)

Sep 20, 2007 21:09

I have this meta almost-DVD-style commentary to post, but I wrote not-sequel fic and I have that to share instead.

So I bring you a little coda.

I love these women and how they remember the boys in various ways and scenarios. Thanks for letting them come to life again!

Are you going to (please, please) post this next though?

Thank you! I like to flesh out my original characters as much as possible but I really wanted these three women to have these full lives even if they were only going to be passing affairs and I really grew to love them.

I think I'll try to post the "not-commentary" tomorrow morning. Hopefully it'll give people some insight into my crazypants writing habits.

Your fic always makes me smile. The details are so... perfect. Dead on. The last line in the Elle bit was KILLER.

Aww, I made you smile. That's very worth it.

Yay for the last line working!

Your OCs are wonderful, so thoughtful and tangible. I appreciated them very much.

Aww, thank you so much, hon. I really grew to love Regina, Lydia, and Elle a whole lot.

These were great. It was interesting to see how each of them remembered their interactions with the boys. Plus I like the little bit of extra story that they contain and the way they just make a neat end to the whole story.

Hey, thank you for the feedback! I tend to write backstory out a lot and never use it, so this was a nice way of playing with what I kind of did in the trilogy, how each prologue to each section has a glimpse of the women at various times in their lives.

This is such a lovely coda to the trilogy. Your OCs are so, so well-developed. :)

*g* Thank you so much. I live giving characters a detailed internal life even if I don't let it loose in the story proper (due to a limited POV or whatever).
