I actually wrote fic at work. On a computer. Hmm. It's rather naughty doing that.

I'm totally spending this weekend writing like three different fics. Ack. And I am a total loser for not getting Kidney Punch out by Wednesday, like I wanted to. But I will have the next part of Regrets, my Faith fic, out by tomorrow and will be working on my ( Read more... )

he’s heard it a few times, in short and sweet goodbyes, in long overdue conversations, in a man’s laughter as they roll around the bed, strung out in the post-coital rush of good sex, or some girl’s first gasp of happy surprise as the kiss deepens. It’s redemption, the very timbre of it and maybe someday it’ll be so loud that she won’t have to listen so hard and just be content, that yeah, she’s done good.

Oh, Faith. I like that.

This is just gorgeous. It's very, very true to her character, and it's harsh, but poignant, especially the last one. Wonderful.

Thank you so much. I'm still doing my Faith analysis by proxy, mostly as a reaction to this...series of Faith/Dean fic that I'm working on. Because I can't do Faith POV in that fic, I need to expand "My Faith" for my own sanity.

Also, Faith is so pretty and damaged and she just won't let herself heal. She just moves on. I love that.

Oh I'm sure it will. It's also the out-of-order thing - now that it's a whole, I'm sure you'll be able to smooth everything out and make all the angsty bits really hurt. Which is a good thing o'course.
