-- Ovelia absolutely hates you. This is hard to do, since she doesn't really hate people.
-- You're an acquaintance. She's neutral--though she's perfectly willing to get to know you better.
-- You're a little more than acquaintance, but less than a friend. She'll look forward to speaking with you, and will worry for your safety and well-being, but will not be willing to open herself up. Not yet.
-- You're her friend. She trusts you more than the average bear, and mother henning and her form of fail!protection will commence at this level. At least...more so than usual.
-- She considers you a close friend. You're closer than her other friends, but you're not her best friend.
-- You're her best friend. She will do whatever you wish her to do, and will trust you with things that she wouldn't trust her normal friends with. She will also feel this desire to want to protect you, and keep you safe. Be afraid. Be very afraid. Seeing Ovelia's talent for getting herself into trouble, this will never end well. B|
-- This is the hardest level to get. With Red heart, this means that she's either in love with you, or you're like family to her.
Note: If your character has multiple hearts by their name, it means that their relationship is too complex to be put in one heart alone.

Ramza Beoulve
A young man who Ovelia had met in her world, back when she still believed herself to be the true Princess of Ivalice. With a heart of gold, and a soul that is full of justice, Ramza is someone who Ovelia feels that she can trust, and therefore trusts him more than she trusts just about anyone in this world, called Gaia. After speaking to him on the Skyphone, Ovelia has decided to travel alongside him and Yuffie, and marvels at how well the two of them get along--almost envying their sort of connection.
Yuffie Kisaragi
A cheerful girl who is Ramza's companion. Ovelia doesn't know her too well, yet, but she admires the way she can smile and stay cheerful even when times are the most pressing, and can speak her mind and tease people without fear of being impolite. She's a breath of fresh air for Ovelia, who is used to people stiff with formalities...she only hopes that she can be like her someday.
Terra Branford
Terra is a young woman who Ovelia had met in Figaro--she was kind, and had the closest thing Ovelia has ever had to a real conversation with a girl, besides Alma. She genuinely wants to get to know her better, and hopes that one day they will become friends..
Delita Heiral
A young man who Ovelia had met in Ivalice, originally she considered him her sun, her Knight in Shining Armor. He was the one who was going to save her from all this, and he acted as though he kidnapped her to take her away from the war. She was wrong, of course, and he had taken her to a group of people who also thought to use her--he, too, wanted to manipulate her. But she had hoped that he had a good reason, a real tangible goal that involved the good of Ivalice...but after running into him on Gaia, he wasn't the same man she had met. He was angry, and seemed almost cruel to her, even if he had not intended to be. Even after the confrontation in Warjilis, she somehow can't hate him, and her feelings are horribly conflicted. She doesn't know what to think of him, and when she does, her heart feels like it's going to break. But most of all, she wants to beat him. She wants to prove that she will not be his tool, and that she can forge her own identity around the 'Princess' that she had been raised to be for so long. She wants to see his plans crumble around him, and have him understand that using others is not the way to live.
Bartz Klauser
A kind man who spoke to her over the Skyphone, the two have had numerous conversations, though most of them somber. She finds him a fascinating person though, after talking to him more, and admires his free spirit. He also promised to take her to the great Library from his world someday, which she looks forward to with great enthusiasm.
Kain Highwind
A Dragoon that Ovelia had spoken to a few times, Kain is someone that Ovelia envies for his persistence and courage in learning things that would not be the most conventional. He also is from a world where people can tame dragons, which the former Princess finds fascinating in all senses. She only wishes she could do something cool like that, too.
Ashelia B'Nargin Dalmasca
The young queen who runs Warjilis Trade City is a fascinating woman to Ovelia, who shows great courage and nobility even in the darkest of times. Even as a Princess, Ovelia had been prone to emotional outbursts, crying, and childlike behavior...she only wishes she could be like Ashe, even if she had turned from her 'royal' title.
