Ah, I didn't consider the number of steps, I'm sorry.

There is quite a lot to think about, though. I may just try drawing or something to pass time, instead.

The number of steps is not important usually. However, if you can achieve eight steps, go for eight.

Drawing can be quite the enjoyable pastime as well.

I haven't really drawn properly in a long time, but it would be nice to try again.

If you notice one thing about the number eight, please notice the fact that it can be cut horizontally and vertically and still be symmetrical. It is also even.

Might I suggest drawing portraits or architecture.

I'm not sure that I'd be very good at architecture; portraits I could manage, though. When I used to draw, it would mostly be of scenes that I would imagine, as well as the landscapes of my country.

You seem to have a very beautiful country from what I've heard from you. I'm sure those pictures were lovely.

I was only eleven or twelve, so they weren't anything outstanding, but they were competent. Perhaps at the next island we stop at, I'll look at getting some pencils and a tablet.

An eleven or a twelve year old could draw some reasonably well-received pieces of art.

Yes, there are those with a remarkable talent for it. I may have had an advantage, too, in that I was given art and music tuition as part of my schooling.

Very important things to learn. Perhaps when I am finished with my portrait of Levi, I will draw one of you.

I've been working on hers for about three weeks now. She might finally receive her mouth before the week is done.

Three weeks? It must be very good, though. I admire you for being able to put so much time in it, though.

It's NOT good enough. There are so many flaws in it that it's taken so much time to get it just right!

When you've finished, though, it will look amazing.
