Body and Appearance
1. Describe the character's height and build. Is she heavyset, thin, short, rangy?
For the most part, Delta is rather thin and somewhat lanky in appearance, mostly stemming from the fact she can hardly trust anything. Food and drink alike is something she can't trust unless she is able to make certain there is no poison or such.
2. How old is she?
She's about Sixteen years old; not that she keeps track any longer.
3. Describe her posture. Does she carry herself well or does she slouch?
She doesn't carry herself very well at all, to be honest.
4. How is her health? Is she fit or out of shape? Any illnesses or conditions? Any physical disabilities?
Physically, she is somewhat out of shape and malnourished. Though thin, Delta doesn't have a lot of energy. She mainly uses her Pokemon as a mode of transportation due to her fragility.
5. How does she move? Is she clumsy, graceful, tense, fluid?
Very tense in nature.
6. How attractive is this character physically? How does she perceive herself in the mirror?
Delta's physical appearance doesn't matter to her much, though she gets comfort from looking at herself in a mirror. She knows that a Mirror doesn't lie...
7. Describe her complexion. Dark, light, clear, scarred?
She's very pale skinned, mostly from the fact that the sun never shines anymore where she lives. She does have a few bruises on herself that have yet to heal on her.
8. Describe her hair: color, texture, style.
She doesn't take care of her hair much, leaving it rather matted and snarlly. Very rough too.
9. What color are her eyes?
Brown.
10. Does the character have any other noteworthy features?
Other than the fact she's practically skin and bones, no.
11. What are her chief tension centers?
Her hands; she's usually gripping to the hilt of her guns when she's faced with something she's never seen before.
12. What is the character's wardrobe like? Casual, dressy, utilitarian? Bright colors, pastels, neutrals? Is it varied, or does she have six of the same suit?
Her outfit is pretty much the same day after day; blue tank top and sock, with a pink miniskirt. Shoes optional.
13. Do her clothes fit well? Does she seem comfortable in them?
She wears them because it's all she's got.
14. Does she dress the same on the job as she does in her free time? If not, what are the differences?
...She doesn't have a job, so I don't know.
15. You knew it was coming: Boxers, briefs or commando?
She does wear underwear under her skirt. Briefs.
Speech
1. What does this character's voice sound like? High-pitched, deep, hoarse?
She does seem to have her tone go off into random tones, her voice cracking a lot when she speaks. It sounds exceptionally hoarse.
2. How does she normally speak? Loud, soft, fast, evenly? Does she talk easily, or does she hesitate?
She speaks fast and soft, much to her distaste. She tends to hesitate a lot when she's speaking.
3. Does the character have a distinct accent or dialect? Any individual quirks of pronunciation? Any, like, you know, verbal tics?
None.
4. What language/s does she speak, and with how much fluency?
She's mildly fluent in Japanese, but English is her main language.
5. Does she switch languages or dialects in certain situations?
Well, when she's deep into her own insanity, her tone can change drastically. It becomes more maniacal.
6. Is she a good impromptu speaker, or does she have to think about her words?
She really has to think a bit before she says anything.
7. Is she eloquent or inarticulate? Under what circumstances might this change?
She has a tendancy to range between both, depending on how much mental stability she has for the moment.
Mental and Emotional
1. How intelligent is this character? Is she book-smart or street-smart?
Well, street-smart might be the only thing she's smart with.
2. Does she think on her feet, or does she need time to deliberate?
She does take her time when it comes to thinking.
3. Describe the character's thought process. Is she more logical, or more intuitive? Idealistic or practical?
Delta tends to be a rather practical and logical thinker. She doesn't believe in imagination.
4. What kind of education has the character had?
Other than a little schooling from her Mom, practically none.
5. What are her areas of expertise? What, if anything, is she interested in learning more about?
6. Is she an introvert or an extrovert?
When in a mature state of mind, she is rather introverted. Childish she is extroverted.
7. Describe the character's temperament. Is she even-tempered or does she have mood swings? Cheerful or melancholy? Laid-back or driven?
Her mood can shift at the drop of a dime, so even-tempered isn't exactly the proper word for it. While childish's, she happens to be very cheerful and bright. Almost cherubic. As her mature facade, she is rather melancholy and extremely driven.
8. How does she respond to new people or situations? Is she suspicious, relaxed, timid, enthusiastic?
Again, depending on which persona you come in contact with. They both share the trait of being rather wary of others, but her childish side is more willing to get to know someone.
9. Is she more likely to act, or to react?
Delta is more likely to act.
10. Which is her default: fight or flight?
Depending on the actual person fighting, the first instinct is always to fight.
11. Describe the character's sense of humor. Does she appreciate jokes? Puns? Gallows humor? Bathroom humor? Pranks?
Delta has a dry sense of humor, which is rarely stricken.
12. Does the character have any diagnosable mental disorders? If yes, how does she deal with them?
Well...no diagnoseable ones that I can think of. She is legally insane; her mind has been broken from all of the things she was forced to see. If anything, Delta could very well have Post Trumatic Stress Disorder, and a touch of Schizophrenia.
13. What moments in this character's life have defined her as a person?
Once the Golden Witch entered the world, there was nothing left of Delta's past. She changed as a person completely.
14. What does she fear?
She's quite fearful of a lot of things. Being that she can no longer trust her eyes, she cannot sleep. She might fear just about everything; but the one thing she fears the most is the Golden Witch herself.
15. What are her hopes or aspirations?
She hopes that she and her friends might be able to take down the Golden Witch and save their world.
16. What is something she doesn't want anyone to find out about her?
If she becomes close to someone, she won't want them to find out just how mentally broken she is.
Relationships
1. Describe this character's relationship with her parents.
Before her mother was killed, Delta had a very good relationship with her mother. She never really saw her father much, but she loved them all none the less.
2. Does the character have any siblings? What is/was their relationship like?
Delta doesn't have any siblings.
3. Are there other blood relatives to whom she is close? Are there ones she can't stand?
None that she's seen in one hell of a long time.
4. Are there other, unrelated people whom she considers part of her family? What are her relationships with them?
There are a few of them to be noted. Gary might be the closest to Delta; they've known each other for so long, and understand one another's insanities so well. They do share a somewhat bittersweet liking for one another. Lostelle is also very close to Delta's heart, like a daughter to her.

7. Does she make friends easily, or does she have trouble getting along with people?

Well, she lives rather poorly to say the least. She doesn't have a place to live.

She was originally the Kanto Champion; but now she is just a pawn.
3. Where does she live? House, apartment, trailer? Is her home her castle or just a place to crash? What condition is it in? Does she share it with others?
4. Besides the basic necessities, what does she spend her money on?
5. What does she do for a living? Is she good at it? Does she enjoy it, or would she rather be doing something else?
6. What are her interests or hobbies? How does she spend her free time?
7. What are her eating habits? Does she skip meals, eat out, drink alcohol, avoid certain foods?
