Rules/Information
Just a list of rules that should be followed at this community. Not much, don't worry. An elaboration of the community profile. Also, some information regarding the community.
Rules
1. Be nice. This applies particularly when commenting. Constructive criticism is okay, flat out rudeness is not. If you feel someone is commenting in a manner you find unsuitable, contact me please.
2. Requests are taken only at certain times. Do not request something when the requesting post(s) are closed.
3. Credit all the time. Either the community or the poster, but preferably both. Please do not claim anything here as your own, if it is not, and do not redistribute them without the poster's permission.
4. Absolutely no hotlinking. Some of the stuff posted by me might be hosted on my website, and hotlinking will cause a strain on my bandwidth. This also goes for internet uploading sites, such as Photobucket, or ImageReady.
5. Always comment when you take something, always. It just shows your appreciation, and makes the poster want to keep making their icons/tutorials/bases.
6. Textless icons are absolutely, under no circumstances bases. Unless the post is clearly marked so and so bases.
7. Altering, copying or redistributing bases, icons, or tutorials as your own is strictly forbidden. Please have some respect.

Requests
Requests are taken here, and as of Monday, September 10, 2007, can only be filled out by me (
rainbownights). A requesting post will be up for people to request icons, bases or tutorials for a certain icon or graphic.
Depending on the urgency, requests will be completed during the course of one week.
When requesting a tutorial, please post the link to the icon in question, DO NOT HOTLINK THE IMAGE. A simple link will do.

Type of Request (Base, Icon, Tutorial):
Requesting (ie. bases of a band, stock, movies, etc.):
Urgency (ie. need the bases for a contest):
Please note, that requesting is restricted to members only. If you would like to request something, join the community please.

Credit must be given 100% of the time. Bases should be credited when posting icons using those bases.
Icons should be credited when they are uploaded as userpics.

I was looking for a moderator, but as of Monday, September 10, 2007, I am currently not.
