[mod] Arashi Secret Talk Contest
Hello everyone!
There is some news for everyone; refrain_subs is planning to sub the Arashi Secret Talks!! =D From a perspective of a person who is illiterate in Japanese it is easy to understand the pain of not knowing what the heck Arashi is saying when you really really want to. And we all know how interesting and hilarious Arashi’s talks are, so we just had to sub this!
The thing is we don’t want just a black screen and text on the video; that’s boring. So the refrain team is coming to you guys for help. Suggested by keeerols , we are holding a contest for any graphic designers who are willing to help us in this project. If you can draw very cute pictures of the members then you must sign up! They can be very simple drawings or they can be very extravagant. Not too extravagant to the point where we don’t know whether to focus on the drawings or the text. Be creative with every frame and line. This project is very free and the artist can do it in whatever style they wish. We, the refrain team, will build on what you have made.
Now, for the contest we would like you to make any kind of transition of pictures according to this excerpt. (It would be a mess if you could just submit anything you want, ne?) Each contestant can only submit ten drawings maximum, just to be fair.

All entries will be submitted to paku_romi , via LJ PM. You must submit an entry with your name stating that you want to participate in order to get the excerpt. Please put Arashi Secret Talks Contest for the subject and then state your LJ username. After you have received it, you can just put it all in a .rar file or something of that sort and attach it to the “Reply” message. Members of this community can also participate in voting from the ten finalists we choose. So far we’ve decided we’ll need three artists so there will be three winners.
Please note that you must be willing to pour your time into this. These talks are 20 - 40 minutes long you know! These pictures will all be incorporated in a video so you don’t have to make every single picture so perfect.
DEADLINE IS MARCH 18. ALL APPLICATIONS SENT IN AFTER MARCH 18 WILL BE DISREGARDED. But you can still turn in your drawings after March 18 if you’ve applied before then.
