Love the Murrow quote. When researching the part of my novel set during the Battle of Britain, I was able to listen to some of his broadcasts. Ended up reading quite a bit about him and worked his broadcasts into the story. Alas, his breed of journalist has long since disappeared, just at the time that we need them the most. [Heavy sigh].
Lindsay Buckingham (an old favorite - sue me, I'm a child of the Seventies) recently penned the tune "Murrow Turning Over in his Grave", for the most recent Fleetwood Mac album. Not the greatest song he's ever written, but t'was good, timely social commentary.

I enjoy our late-night ramblings. Sometimes it's good to go "out there" and leave troubles and worries behind. They're always there waiting for you when you return, so no harm in taking a vacation from them for a bit, eh?

On that score, my dear, do not worry so much. I know, I know I KNOW - it's part of your nature, but you MUST have faith that all will turn out fine.

You are one of the most intelligent, thoughtful, and creative souls I've come in contact with, and I have not an ounce of doubt that you will rise, phoenix-like, from this state and there will be no stopping you. And you'll leave a pretty trail for us to stand back and admire with "oohs" and "aahs". No doubt in my mind.

Glad you're learning to type: Stick with it. It's one of the few things I got out of my middle school years that has served me well. It really sucks at first, but after a while it will be effortless, and you'll wonder how you ever got along without it. It's rather enjoyable.

Well, I suppose I should start on me own blog. Off to Gomorrah!

Hope to see you soon.

Just keep at it. Believe me, it's well worth the trouble.

Patience, my dear, PATIENCE!

Gosh, don't you really hate me now?
