38 icons from Suits (S4) for 20inspirations
Oh look! Icons that aren't from Once Upon a Time! My goodness, what a rare occurrence! Eh, I'll be back to the regularly scheduled Once spam soon enough, I suspect.
Anyway, these are for the Do It Yourself round at 20inspirations which limited us to the screencaps from our media of choice and whatever defaults Photoshop came with to make our icons. No fancy fonts, textures, brushes, or stock items. Which seemed like a daunting task at first, but aside from my irritation at not being able to go font crazy (I cheated and made alternates with fun text anyway, hee), it was actually a lot of fun! The set came together pretty well, I think. Lots of Times New Roman (weird) and even more shape tool usage (yay!), ahead! There's also a lot of purple again.
As per the suggested guidelines of the round, I've saved all the .psd files for the icons (in the main set of 20 only) so if you see one that you absolutely have to know the secrets for (the answer is probably that it was the shape tool, tbh), I can probably swing that. So feel free to ask!
