Minor, blink-and-you'll-miss-them spoilers for the finale
So this post is dedicated to tinebrella because she is the only reason I am posting it. She spent almost eight hours in chat with me berating me for being a mean, old dragon for threatening to hoard my icons away forever. Which was my plan (as I complained on tumblr) because I wasn't really feeling the vibe of this set, you know? Nothing was really coming out as I planned it (how does one obscure crop? why is chiaroscuro so difficult? idk the answers to any of these questions.), and everything felt a little lack luster. So, yes, Val yelled at me, gave me a pep talk, and offered some advice on a few pieces that needed to be fixed up a little, and she has my undying gratitude for it. Thank you, Val. You are an absolute gem! ♥
Now for the post which I am posting as a way of procrastinating on commenting because the LJ outage has me incredibly behind on that and it has turned into a daunting task that I am still not done with.
