This is, basically, a bribe entry. Like: hey, look! Normal icons! Don't hate me when my 20inspirations batch comes out, okay? So yeah. Plenty of blending, a couple new fandoms, a little bit of monochrome (because I react that way when people tell me they think something is too easy, whatever. I do what I want.), some regular coloring, and stuff.
I feel a little bit like a pokemon, you guys. I'm evolving! This feels, maybe, like a transition batch. I've been working on improving my coloring (don't look at me like that; my "coloring" isn't even coloring) and I'm working with textures a lot more often and in new ways. So, on that front, I feel like I'm improving in various ways. Plus, I've done the whole "monochrome" thing before. I don't know if anyone remembers my whole obsession with the red layer on hard light phase? Well, that happened. I'm working with that again, but I think...I'm more equipped to do more with that technique than I was in, what, 2010? Yeah. So...
I consider this batch a precursor to new things in the future, and it is improvement for me, personally, I think. We'll just see how it goes from here!
