[See Riku.

See Riku standing in the middle of an empty room, tarps covering the hard wooden floor, a bucket of paint sitting behind him.

See Riku admiring the freshly painted walls. Things had been coming along with the house he had chosen for his project. The repairs were completed, and now so was the painting.

Something had to keep him busy while he had been waiting for Hanna to come back and while he was largely avoiding everyone affected by this event.]

Saturday, September third is the date we'll be moving in the furniture. Anyone who wants to help should be here at nine thirty. With any luck, we can have it all done by dinner.

We'll be opening the next weekend. Anyone still interested in becoming tour guides? Oh, and Hanna, I signed you up for laundry duty.

There are five bedrooms, all on the second floor. Three have two double beds, and the other two have a set of bunk beds along with a single twin. There are two bathrooms, to be shared by the inhabitants. It would be best to keep girls with girls and boys with boys, unless requested otherwise. There is also a kitchen, which is to be shared. There will be a common room downstars, filled with two sofa's and two chairs. There will be a dining room with room for twelve. There is also a half bathroom downstairs. There will be a garden started in a couple of weeks, and will be attended by the inhabitants, unless someone would like to over see it.

Each newcomer will be matched up with a volunteer who will show them around, give them a list of know threats, a run down of the city and will give them a small package filled with a hard copy of the welcome message, as well as a small first aid kit. These will be kept in a small storage room at the house.

Bedding will be washed and cared for by the inhabitants until they leave, at which point they will be washed and kept in storage until someone new arrives. This will be overseen by Hanna.

Counseling will also be available to help people settling in. This will be overseen by Raven.

All information, including records of who comes and goes, how long they stay, and how many times they've come, will be kept by Jean Louis.

Anything else will be handled by Riku. We will also be working closely with the police program once it is established. If anyone working on both projects is interested in being an informational officer, please contact Riku or Jean Louis. Please keep this information bookmarked, as it will be updated periodically.
