Wow... This essay is so essay-ish. You must have done lots of research to complete this. Kudos to you for being so hardworking ^________^
I agree that Atobe is poised.... No one else can do what he does... >_> He's arrogant as well as egotistical but maybe that's what makes him so appealing to some. I know that's what caught my interest in him...
Oh, and I like the explanation about Jirou being a girl and I'm still jealous that Atobe's too rich...
//Atobe first appears to us in the following scenes://
One nitpick: In the anime, those weren't Atobe's first scenes. Atobe was first seen in the infamous "Kaidoh's s bad day" gag episode. He and Kabaji win a doubles match against the Gyokurin guys in the street courts, and then he tries to force Ann (the sister of Tachibana from Fudomine) to be his girlfriend. Momoshiro and Kamio leap to Ann's defense, and Momo offers Atobe a deal: if they defeat him and Kabaji, he'll let Ann go. Atobe lets them play against Kabaji, then throws the match away and leaves.
Apart of it, this was another very enjoyable essay, and again it's great to see that others can also go beyond the "poser, diva, egotistical" facade of Atobe Keigo. *thumbs-up*
