yes, i am feeling very creative. i designed a new look for a website tonight. very sharp if i don't say so myself. once it's developed just a tad bit more, i'll show you if you are interested. :)

current CD wish list:

mae / destination beautiful
switchfoot / learning to breathe
jars of clay / the eleventh hour
damien rice / live from union chapel
derek webb / the house show
keane / hopes and fears
john mayer / heavier things
eisley / room noises & laughing city
five for fighting / the battle for everything

current book read/reading list:

my name is asher lev, by chaim potok - just read
the professor's house, by willa cather - halfway through
the chosen, by chaim potok - halfway through
portrait of a lady, by henry james - just started
passion and purity, by elizabeth elliott - just read for the 2nd time :)

"my name is asher lev" is definitely the best book ever. read it. it's well worth the couple of hours (or however fast you read *smile*)

drivers ed was odd tonight...i disagreed with the instructor three times. i didn't tell him that though. :)

"I'd rather be a "could-be', if I cannot be an "are'; because a "could-be" is a "maybe" who is reaching for a star. I'd rather be a "has-been" than a "might-have-been', by far; for a "might-have-been" has never "been", but a "has" was once an "are'." ~Milton Berle

love and miss you all!

hugs and windshield wipers,

- lauren
