Well my mom is considering a new computer... but being as cheap as she is she is only willing to cough up $700. :P I know I shouldn't put it as "cheap"... but pretty much 'shopping around for a good bargain'. Hahaha.
I think I'm willing to put some money out as well. So maybe in between $700-$1000 what do you think is a good computer? SCRATCH OUT HP PLEASE!
So far by word of mouth I've been told Compaq, Dell, and Sony.
