Studious as always. Even a bit ambitious. But that is to be expected from my own twin. Well, I suppose that I can't really complain about that. I take it that you're getting used to San Fransisco quite nicely, dearest sister.

Yes, brother. I am adjusting as well as I can hope to. I hope you are also.

The weather is more or less the same as back home, so no adjustments needed there. The studies remain a challenge as they should be, but I have full confidence in my abilities. Can the same be said of you?

I have nothing to be concerned about. My classes are doing well. If I were to have competition, it would simply be incentive for me to work harder. There is a difference in the culture here, but I'm comfortable.

I would endorse a competition between us, but I think you're working hard enough as it is. Even the hardest of workers need to find time for play. I'm interested in seeing what sort of recreation we can find here.

A competition between us, Ephraim? Is that not what Innes is for you? I am far from against debates with you, and surely we'd provide a good example for our peers, however, it may put strain on our relationship with one another. I could never make an enemy of you.

As would I. You're far too precious to me after all. We enjoy pleasant relations with each other and I would rather have it stay that way.

I feel the same way. Therefore, any rivalry between us will always be of good nature. I will take any losses against you as learning experiences.

I wouldn't mind that. I have enough tension with my rivalry with Innes as it is.

On another note, how is your room at USF? Pity that I couldn't live with you, but we're close enough that it doesn't really matter too much.

My room? It suits me. I don't need many things to be happy. I do not need much of anything. I'm happy enough with it. I hope yours is good also.
