Note about the character:
Silver is taken SIX YEARS after he decided to take up his role as the heir of Team Rocket, with no sign of his father at all during his reign. He's sixteen, and therefore older, smarter, and definitely darker than any normal Silver.
How he interprets Team Rocket, himself, is still under IC construction. So far he's taking a Dr. Horrible approach - social reform through violence.
And a good portion of his IC interactions? Are lies and misleadings, with a handful of exceptions.
