First IPW Vault Show of 2007
Time for a weekly Billy J. update...
Not a whole lot has been happening in the life of Billy J. I worked at my M-F job as always. I have good news. I'll be fully hired on as of 01/29/2007. You know what that means...Vacation and Benefits! WOOHOO! Plus I can also attend our winter party (aka X-Mas party) in February! Kick Ass!
Yesterday (Saturday), I packed my gear bag and headed to Algona, Iowa for the First IPW show of 2007 at the IPW VAULT. It was good to see the boys since I haven't seen some of them since 2006. That's a long time. LOL.
Here is what happened at the show...
Impact Pro Wrestling

Algona, Iowa
1) Johny Fitness defeated Buck Albright
2) 2nd Coming (Chance Cordova & Vin Cross) defeated Supa Cito Kid & Ian "The Beef" Wellington
3) Kenny Backwash defeated Mr. Destiny
Intermission
4) Tony Sly defeated Havyk
5) Matty Star defeated A.J. Smooth & Montoya X in a 3 way match to retain the IPW Title
6) Project Matthew defeated T.S. Aggressor in an Algona Street Fight. Matthew powerbombed T.S. Aggressor through a table.
One of the best shows put on by IPW at the Vault. About 100 people were in attendance and they were hot pretty much all night long. I had a great time trying to maintain the action in & out of the ring.

My next show booked is for Impact Pro Wrestling in Delta, Iowa @ the Delta Dome (Delta Community Center). Bell time is 7pm! If you're in Central Iowa or South East Iowa, be sure to check out the show!
Nothing new from WWE. I did hear from TNA but they don't have any available referee positions as of now. I'm wating for TNA to get a 2 hour timeslot for IMPACT! and then I should have a good chance of getting a contract. Keep your fingers crossed and keep me in your prayers!
