Post IPW in Whittemore Show!
It's Sunday and time for another Billy J. update....
Since my last entry, I've just been working full-time at my new job. I like the job so far.
Saturday (Oct. 7th)...I left Cedar Falls and headed to Whittemore, IA for the Impact Pro Wrestling show. It's Whittemore's Annual Oktoberfest and we are the main entertainment for the weekend. The place was packed. Wish all of the shows I reffed were like this. Some are, but not all of them. I reffed the entire show, so here are the results:

Saturday, 10/7/06
Whittemore, Iowa
1) "Torturous" Tony Sly (w/Flav) defeated Project Matthew
2) Hayvk defeated Delicious Devin Carter
3) Flav/Max Force defeated Thrillcat (w/Christine) in a 2-on-1 handicap match
4) IPW Champion Matty Fitness defeated Gage Octane to defend his belt.
Intermission
5) Mr. Destiny/T.S. Aggressor defeated the teams of Kenny Backwash/Sanchez, who defeated Ian/Carl and AJ Smooth/Montoya X in a tag team gauntlet.
6) Johny Fitness defeated Mitch Paradise (w/Midnightman)
7) Team Whittemore defeated Team Flav in an Over-the-Top Battle Royal
What a great show! Good to see Mr. Destiny was alright after having his nose broken last week. The crowd was into all of the matches which makes it a great night. The show went a little long (about 3 hours but the crowd stayed hot throughout it). It was good to see Mitch Paradise and Midnightman. I've worked with them before but it's been awhile.
After this show, I've reffed 105 matches in 2006 so far. The matches keep adding up!
No shows booked next weekend. Time to relax and have some fun. My next show booked is for Impact Pro Wrestling ( http://www.impactprowrestling.com ) in Algona, Iowa @ the Impact Arena on Saturday, October 21st. My Uncle Tom and girlfriend, Carol, are going to come to the show and watch me in action. Should be a great time!
UNI won their homecoming game. Iowa beat Purdue and Iowa State lost to Nebraska. What a great weekend!
Nothing new from WWE or TNA! Keep praying for me!
