I'm mighty thrilled with myself. Last night i was going thru my wardrobe with plans of discarding clothes that didnt fit me anymore (bought 3 - 4 yrs ago). hey, that's great @ fitting into old stuff. I love that too, though it doesn't happen very often.

And boo @ relatives like that. Just ignore them. Or give them dirty looks, maybe they'll get the point. *fingers crossed

Or you can just tell everyone that you have already 'found someone' so that they stop bothering you. Or wait, then they'll want to know the details.

and once they start asking for details, they'll start commenting "his salary is too low" "he doesn't own a house yet??" etc etc.. and then slowly it'll become "gosh, you are smart and you are with such a guy? you were better off being single!!"

okay, I didn't mean to point fingers at anyone - I have just seen this circle of events a lot :P

BTW, Reethika- I am sorry for not commenting earlier, I have been reading LJ silently. CONGRATS on your new house! That sounds awesome.. I hope you post some pics of it! :)

Arrey if the guy is not from my community then even if he is earning a bomb, owns a house and the frills, he will not be good enough coz he isnt a Bunt!! they have too much of an opinion about their boys!!

And thank you very much!! i will post them as soon as i remember to take them.

hehehe...this is a first for me :).

and yeah! i've worked on my sarcasm, so when my parents arent in hearing distance and someone says something mean...you know what i'll do. hehehe...

the problem with telling them i've found someone is that they will want to meet him instantly. and it will just give them further reason to tell my parents why they should have never let me travel all over. More complications with that.
