i can't wait until brian and i are able to move out of this shithole. The house itself isn't really too bad i just really dislike the neighborhood and the kitchen is way too small, our appliances suck...and there's more to complain about but i won't mention too much more lol

Bankruptcy? No, you dont wanna do that.. That will stay on your credit for 7 years. I would not recommend doing that or CCCS, that's just as that! Plus, since you have your car, and brian has his..that he JUST got, you can't claim his car in bankruptcy or they would try to sue you for that, and they may even try to take your car if you claim that, since Brian has his car. I wouldn't reccommend doing that, especially since y'all don't have like 12 CC's that you're oweing on.. I just think you have the cars and maybe 1 or 2 CC's and maybe some cellphone shit. I wouldn't recommend it personally. I would just catch up and pay that stuff, and not move until you have the $$ saved up to do it.

I hope that you're disability and the maternity stuff goes through OK, I know that Citi can be kind of slow with that shit.

Well we don't have any CC's we owe on at all, we had already took the cars into consideration...we straight out own the ford no owing on that one...but his gay ass truck is a different story they did however tell us that we could just resign after the bankruptcy for it and it wouldn't change anything with how we are paying for it...plus brian's credit is shot he has like a 300 or something, he wrote ALOT of bad checks when he was like 20 or something and we can't pay them off we've tried to get ahold of them and they no longer have records of it but there's nothing he can do to get it fixed on his credit...Now with mine all i owed was a cell phone bill but since i got pregnant my credit got shot with Tom Gill Chevrolet sending my loan app to over 25 banks and not to mention all my hospital and office visits and tests...before i had him i already owed about 4,000 now i owe just for MY personal stay at the hospital during the labor and being there for a week and a half 22,000 and for gavin's hospital stay it was 33,000...those are rounding down too by the way...There is NO WAY we can ever afford to pay that shit...and that was with our insurance. I about puked when i got that bill in the mail...But i was talking to brian's mom who deals with alot of bankruptcy stuff and she said our best bet would be to do that and to just start over, when she used to be the one always telling brian not to. Either way we're screwed so it doesn't really matter which way we do it i suppose...But we are going to stay here a few months after our lease is up to do the whole saving money up thing. and we're going to find a place that's around the same price as what we're paying now so we can contiue to save up until we either A) pay off brian's truck or B)have enough money for a deposit on buying a house...
