So, I was thinking about how there all these dating sites that profess to match people up based on different compatibility factors.
Now, IMO, these sites are pretty worthless on a number of levels, not the least of which is that people tend to not be capable to telling the truth about themselves. Not saying they lie, just that they have a skewed perception of themselves.
So, I was thinking (because of today's Candorville comic) what if there were a geek dating site? It could ask useful questions like OS of choice, favorite Doctor, favorite Startrek Captain, favorite Starwars movie, Startrek or Starwars. You know, basic geek compatibility issues.
Granted, most of the people on the site would probably be guys and would therefore get no hits unless they register as gay, but nothing is perfect. And at least there would be an excuse when no one wants to date you. :P
