sinus infections = no fun
emily, my 1 out of 2 favorite coworkers quitting = no fun
working 45 hours a week = no fun
plus going to college full time = no fun
plus missing classes because of sinus infection = no fun
so in conclusion, meaghans life = no fun. haha, just kidding. i've been getting pretty bummed lately but i'm still doing good. except in mass media, damn that class is hard. me emily and gary were like a wonderful trio at chick fil a but now its just me and gary :( i'm so sad. i hate going to class and i hate missing class just as much. weird. i've been on and off really sick the past few days though. no class tomorrow though because its veterans day - yay! chick fil a has hired a whole new bunch of kids - who are all related or know each other in some sort of way - and i hate them all. i call them the "merideth clan". see, theres this girl heather merideth who's been working there about as long as i have, and she's really nice. i like her a lot, and hey she's a five iron fan so shes cool in my book. but now they're hiring all her siblings (well actually i think they're all foster siblings or something?) and friends and her boyfriend and i just... hate them all. serious, theres 7 of them now, not including heather. they all cling to each other, and wont do anything unless i tell them to, and this one girl is so fucking in love with herself it makes me sick. and all the people who are cool and normal have either quit or have requested to work only 2 or 3 days a week, and hell i work 6. and for some reason, they do the schedule so all the people who know everything and are good on one day, then the next day its all the new people and people who dont do anything. its so frustrating, its like its either and really really awesome day or a horrible horrible day. i dont understand why they cant balance it out more.
life would make so much more sense, if instead of having the whole summer off for school they gave the whole winter off. i mean seriously, who wants to get out of bed early when its freezing out? i really really cant wait for winter break. only a month left eeeee!!!!!!!
i registered for the spring semester the other day, and i'm actually really looking forward to it for some reason. i like the way i set up my schedule a lot - all my classes are back to back, and the latest any one of them go to is 1:30. only one class on monday and friday, 2 tuesday and thursday, and 3 on wednesday. see, when i was living on classes i hated having classes back to back, it annoyed me. but now that i live about 15 - 20 minutes away, i really really hate having breaks in between classes. i dont want to sit around doing nothing, but at the same time i dont want to waste gas and drive home to drive back again an hour later.
i had a dream last night it was my birthday, and when i woke up this morning i was really excited. then i was crushed to realize it was november.
