Y'know that bitty Narnia/TAI fic I wrote at her behest? Well, now you can go listen to it! And the best part? Well, there's lots of best parts, quite frankly, like the music she chose and the way she read it all dreamily and the fact that now I'm in the Audiofic Archive as both a Reader and an Author, but one of the best parts is her accent! Maybe it's because of my early exposure to the Chronicles of Narnia audiobooks, but C.S. Lewis' stories have always sounded British in my head - and quintenttsy has that accent, and it's all pretty much lovely. I swear, I first heard the 6-minute podfic she made last night, and I've been SMILING ALL DAY today.
(pprfaith, is it like this for you when I spam your inbox? If so, how are you not addicted to this feeling? It's such a happy feeling, and I pretty much just want to snuggle it to my chest forever and ever..... How can anyone say 'no' to podfic, if the result on the author's end is totally better than the time I ate 72 Pixy Stix in less than six hours? I don't get it.)
