AMP 2011: Day 8
I haven't really posted anything ST:xi-ish lately, which is just a shame - it was one of the very first fandoms I gorged on, when I attended the banquet that is podfic. Or, something. That was kinda a crappy metaphor. Whatever. THE POINT IT, we need some Star Trek Reboot, and pronto.
So, I present to you: a bitty podficlet of post-movie awesome, Aisle of the Dolls, written by caitri! Jim and Bones, snarking back and forth at each other - check! Spock, looking perplexed at the vagaries of the human condition - check! Uhura, frightening the stock assistant with her awesome language skizillz - check! The potential for mass mayhem (I'm thinking, transporter accidents?), once Jim gets Doll!Kirk on board the Enterprise - double check!
Annnnnnnnnnnnnd, in keeping with the awesome music-in-podfics streak I've been on lately, Aisle of the Dolls opens with the Intro Song To End All Intro Songs. But I'm not going to tell you what it is. Or else you might not laugh as hard,
